Currently, we ship to the entire United States.

All items are shipped using Japan Post EMS.

Items are typically shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation, and delivery is expected within 14 business days after shipping.

Please note that the delivery timeline is an estimate and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, and other force majeure.

Free shipping is available for orders over $400. For orders under $400, a $30 shipping fee applies.

Once the items are shipped, we will send the tracking number via email. You can check the delivery status using the tracking number.

In case of shipping delays, customers will be notified via email.

In case of loss or damage of items, we will address the issue in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
